Tour Price is based on a minimum number of full paying travelers and activities as listed on the itinerary.  Failure to reach the minimum number and/or addition of new activities may result in an increase of the tour price.  Inspired Journey reserves the right to pass along to the Group any and all unforeseen increase of supplier cost (i.e. fuel rates) imposed by transportation carriers and/or vendors.

General Payment Procedures – A completed Registration Form with 1st deposit must be submitted to Inspired Journey.  All payments must be made on time to avoid risk of cancelling the tour.  Only one registrant per form.  Your canceled check or online confirmation is your receipt.  Cash is not accepted - only online payments, checks, money orders or cashier’s checks.

Refunds/Cancellations – The first deposit is refundable until 30 days after the due date.  After that, all payments are non-refundable.  If you choose to cancel and can find a replacement, your payments can be transferred to the replacement’s account. Transfers cannot be made to a person who is already registered.  For groups that are flying, name change fees may apply if the list of registrants has been submitted to the airlines, usually about 60 days before departure.

Travel Insurance – Inspired Journey does not provide traveler’s insurance but recommends that travelers consider a protection plan.  Estimated cost for travel insurance is $30 and up depending on the coverage you select.  Please review their policies for cancellations and refunds.

Medical History & Release – ALL TRAVELERS must submit a completed Form to Inspired Journey prior to   departure.  Any medical or physical conditions that group leaders should know or that may interfere with your participation or with others must be stated on the Form.  Forms will be sent with email confirmation.

Conduct – Participants of all ages are responsible for using sound judgment, and respect for people, places and things while participating with the group.  Failure to comply may result in the participant being sent home at own expense with no refund.  Each participant is responsible for paying for any damages to the hotel, motor coach or other property.

Arbitration – Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms & Conditions or any other information relating in any way to this trip will be settled solely and exclusively by binding arbitration in Oshkosh, WI in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Responsibility Clause – All lodging facilities, transportation companies, guides, entertainment or sightseeing operators, restaurants, etc. are independent contractors.  As a result, Inspired Journey or its employees/group leaders are not liable for any negligent or willful act on such person or entity, or of any third party.

Without limitation, neither Inspired Journey nor its employees/group leaders are responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of force majeure, war, civil unrest, insurrection, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, lost or stolen belongings, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of transportation or for any failure of transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of quality medical care, illness or disease, difficulty in evacuation in case of medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Inspired Journey or the group leaders.

Changes in hotels or itinerary may be made at the discretion of Inspired Journey.  Photographs or video of, or statements made by, participants may be used by Inspired Journey for marketing materials without compensation.  Inspired Journey reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any trip.  Inspired Journey reserves the right to cancel any trip with its sole obligation to refund all monies received by it for the trip.
