Classes will resume in the fall. We want to ensure the safety and health of all our members. If in-person is not an option we will offer them online for you to do from the comfort of your home. Register today! Class size is limited whether in-person or online to provide personalized instruction.
All classes meet at the Faith Education Center, 1025 Tullar Rd., Neenah

Fitness classes are 8 week sessions - $45
Health classes are 6 week sessions - $35 plus study materials
Mondays, 5:30-6:30 pm or
Tuesdays, 8:30-9:30 am
Therapeutic Stretch is a low-impact exercise that uses controlled postures and breathing techniques to improve flexibility and strength. Stretching methods along with health benefits are incorporated for reduced muscle tension, stronger joints, and improved posture.
Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
Christian fitness with a Latin beat. This alternative to Zumba infuses God’s word into the dance party while toning and strengthening legs, glutes and core. A fun and effective workout that burns calories. Basic steps are taught in this introductory Latin dance class.

What does the Bible say about the foods we eat? Learn from scripture how we are to take care of our bodies with the nutritious food He has provided for us since the creation of man. Includes time to make healthy choice recipes and eat together.
To have the full life that God wants for us we must attend to our spirit, mind, body and soul. This class explores the whole person, emphasizing on our inner soul and spirit. Discover biblical principles that apply to daily living.

For adults, ages 55+, this fitness class focuses on the age-related changes in functional ability, incorporate appropriate modifications and techniques to prevent muscle deterioration, help improve bone strength and boost quality of life.
