Therapeutic Stretch is a low-impact exercise that uses controlled postures and breathing techniques to improve flexibility and strength. Stretching methods along with health benefits are incorporated for reduced muscle tension, stronger joints, and improved posture.

Essential oils were used during biblical times for everything from ceremonies to medicine. We can benefit from oils to soothe and heal our bodies avoiding some medications. This is an introduction to essential oils demonstrating how God manifested them for natural health and wellness.
